An experimental small batch beer that started with a Lime & Coconut infused Gose, which was blended with a year old white wine barrel aged sour.

Hazy apricot with a tiny little ring.
The smell seems like the lime might be really acidic, with a touch of fresh, untoasted coconut. Then it turns to all margarita all day!
Taste is like a mix of a margarita and a piña colada, featuring tart and slightly sticky, salty lime and a little coconut milk, finishing semi-dry, but starting thin, watery and slick. It's more balanced than the nose suggests.
