Japanese Maple is an experimental 11% Imperial Red Ale. This beer was fermented with a unique blend of malts, sushi rice, liquid cacao, and maple syrup. We conditioned the beer with a Japanese sea salt called Aguni Koshin Odo, which comes from a remote island off the coast of Japan. Kanpai!
