Meet Luminous 02. Luminous is our ongoing series of sour IPAs. The base beer is consistent, but the hops and adjuncts change each batch. #2 is made with Pilsner malt, milk sugar and malted oats. It was fermented with Lactobacillus and our house yeast strain, along with blood orange, and grapefruit. We dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Motueka, and conditioned the beer on vanilla beans.
