Papaya Mochi is part of our Mochi series of IPAs. This juicy fruited IPA is fermented with toasted rice, milk sugar, vanilla, and of course Papaya! After fermentation it was dry hopped with a blend of Loral and Motueka hops, then finished with whole vanilla beans from Madagascar. Enjoy!
