We fermented this IPA with an irresponsible amount of Pineapple, followed up with a 100% Citra dry hop, and served thru a massive sack of toasted coconut. In the words of Miguel, "I promise, everything gonna be alright"

Looks like pineapple juice, tiny head that quickly dissapated and left little lacing. Aroma and taste is exactly as advertised, bright pineapple fruit notes and coconuts, perfectly complementary. Aroma could stand to be a few degrees stronger. Taste really is like Pina colada beer, very well done. Feel is medium and smooth, wish it was a bit creamier, pretty low carbonation with no real bitterness.
Overall, another terrific GN fruity brew. They're really good at being spot on with the brews they're trying to create. Smelling and drinking this, all you can think about are beaches and pineapple skies.
