Pandan is a tropical plant that grows in Southeast-Asia and is often used in Thai cooking, we figured we should make a beer with it! After a Motueka dry hop, we conditioned the beer on a mountain of fresh bright green Pandan leaves, giving us a beer reminiscent of citrus vanilla custard.
