Mirage is our 2018 Pro-Am collaboration with home brewer Stephen Smith. Together we brewed an easy drinking tropical IPA fermented with freshly pressed pineapple and guava. Watch out for that 8% abv ;)

Crowler 11/21:
Light obscuring haziness, a loose bubbles head doesn’t stay long - non-lace-producing medium thin ring.
The pineapple is a little more distinct, as the guava folds into a more familiar hop profile of overripe tropical fruits. There’s a little hint of tartness.
Taste has a pale ale profile with the added fruits giving it a tangy-tart lean. The malt backbone and balanced slightly dank bitterness still drive the beer, the fruits bring an obvious but not overwhelming flavor to the beer.
A nice lighter-than-expected beer that uses fruit additions in a properly constrained way for my liking.
