Another really good GN IPA. I have not been disappointed by these guys yet.
Pours orange and murky. White 1 finger rocky head that dissipates.
Smell is mango and citra hops. A bit of onion.
Flavor is pineapple juice and some green onion (in a good way). It's refreshingly smooth. The body isn't too thick. I could crush this.
The carbonation level is a little low, but it makes it drinkable.
Good beer.

OJ like hazy NEIPA in appearance. Gorgeous color. Taste has more bitter sour notes than juicy tropical citrus. I’m curious what hops they use as they’re not listed. Very soft full mouthfeel as all top notch IPAs should have. I’m glad to have gotten this and will try again.

Canned 1/7/19. Consumed from 10oz Great Notion flute glass.
L: Pours that lovely bright and lively yellow color. Bountiful amounts of haze. For my color preference of NEIPAs, Great Notion has it down. Barely half a finger of a loosely packed head formed and settled with haste. Not much for glass lacing.
S: Tons of grapefruit, mango, melon, passionfruit and white wine grape aromas. Smells of fruit sweetness but has a slight tart aspect that I can't exactly pinpoint.
T: Tons of citrus, mainly orange, lemon and grapefruit, along with pineapple, mango, apricot and some banana. Just as I smelled on the nose, there is a flavor that reminds me of a riesling or some type of white wine. Finish is rather dry, with lingering flavors of white wine, apricot, bubble gum and orange. Mild hop and yeast profile but does have a slight "green" hop burn. It's different tasting but not in an overt manner.
F: Medium in body and weight. Nice feel, creamy texture. Ample carbonation making the beer fizzle on the tongue. No abv detection.
O: This is a good brew. It is certainly not my favorite from Great Notion, but I am enjoying it. As I read some of the comments below, I notice one user gave the description of green onion and somewhat vegetal, and I definitely get that. The unique taste makes it a worthy offering to seek out. I am glad to have tried. Cheers!

Virtual Reality in real life looks like orange juice. Low pulp, 100% Florida natural. Opaque, complete with a fitting little off white froth of a cap that leaves a small ring around the perimeter with hardly enough lacing to mention.

Grapefruit, mango, orange, and an unmistakable recreational herb can be smelled from three feet away. Pungent and juicy aroma with a good waft of sappy pine on the back.

The flavor is a bit different than expected. More vegetal in fact. Guava, citrus rind, with a green oniony bite and a burnt rubber finish. There's something else that I can't quite put my finger on but my first instinctive response would be cactus fruit? A bit funky, but it works.

It's on the creamier side, even coats the mouth a bit, but a sharp tingle of carbonation cuts through the viscosity allowing for frequent sips. Well balanced and actually leans on the bitter side of the fence, but just barely. No warming alcohol sensation surprisingly.

A meal in a glass. A smorgasbord of fruit and veggies, blended and served cold and fresh. Good collaboration from the fine folks at GN and MT.

Cheers.

On tap at the brewery.

Ominously hazy, this beer is a light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. As juicy as the Juice Jr was, this is even juicier. Mango, coconut, honey, passionfruit, peaches, nectarine, guava, this is just nuts. Mildly grassy on the nose, with a faintly medicinal aspirin note that's masked by the insane quickness. Alcohol is well hidden. There's a vague oat like sweetness. The palate opens juicy as heck with tons of peach, mango , passionfruit and even some lychee. Alcohol is mildly noticeable, adding to the decadence here. The curmudgeon in me wants to call this a beer cooler, but this is clearly more than that. Honey, mild vanilla, a little coconut are present. Sweet on the finish with tons of jucie, this beer is insanely decadent.
