Pours pale gold, mild head, light fluffy lacing. Mild grapefruit, lemon, orange scents. Lemon and citrus are forefront on the taste, with mild grapefruit, orange, and a slight presence of pine. Slightly mouth watering finish, light to medium bodied, well disguised alcohol presence. I’m pretty sure I’m drinking the double dry hopped version due to the ABV. Very subtle and light for a DDH NEIPA, but quite enjoyable.

Canned 8/18/22:
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) light and pale yellow color with a moderate white head. SRM of 5. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of yellow grapefruit citrus, pomelo, guava, and passionfruit citrus. A yellow grapefruit and guava and passionfruit rind aroma. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong and citrusy flavors of yellow grapefruit, guava, passionfruit citrus. A strong yellow pineapple, starfruit and tropical and citrus rind flavor in the middle that imparts a plastic quality. Finishes with sweet and flavors of guava and yellow grapefruit. Finish is sweet but also somewhat soapy and astringent from the rind. (4.00)
Feel: Medium to lighter bodied, strong carbonation with some hop burn and astringency on the finish. (3.75)
Compared to Eagle Park heart it Races 11/2022: Pours a lighter color. Milder aromas. More grapefruit citrus, yellow pomelo and starfruit. Less tropical pineapple, melon, berries, and stonefruit. Lighter and more guava and citrus. Also more hop burn here.
Overall: A very dry-hopped and citrus NEIPA here. Lots of yellow grapefruit, pomelo, guava, and passionfruit citrus. So much DDH that it almost drinks soapy. Yet still dry and not very much hop burn. You can really tell they packed the hops into this one. Hops per liter of beer and this one is near the highest. Can feel is almost scrape the tongue on the way down giving that citrus rind feel to it. Good stuff, but very one-dimensional. (Rating:

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on October 9, 2022. Double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of mango, orange and pineapple. Tasty.

L - pours a pale milky shade of yellow with green tinting. Looks like radioactive pineapple juice. Minimal head that fizzes uncontrollably until it's gone. Doesn't take long.
S - zesty citrus and pineapple. This is gonna sound weird, but there's a hint of bacon or smoke. Wild. Grape must and carmelized onions.
T - melon and ruby red grapefruit. Ripe, meaty grapes and resinous pithiness. Earthy and sweet, almost like overripe plants since I'm getting more of an herbal vibe than a fruity vibe. Finish is dry, slightly tangy, and quite mealy.
F - smooth and low in carbonation, but a bit of that airy Trillium bubbliness. The medium feel and restrained carb levels help make this super drinkable, though. Mealy and chalky; you can feel the hops oozing down your tongue.
O - this one is heavy on the dry hops and a nice display of how hops feel as opposed to taste. Can get a bit hefty as it warms, but it's delicious all the same.

1 PINT can
Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours a bright shade of yellow and is turbid. It is topped with a couple inches of off white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Tropical fruit aroma, but grapefruit and pine are the driver of the smell.
Tropical fruit and melon upfront. Resiny pine and grapefruit rush in the dominate the middle and back half of the taste. It finishes pretty clean.
Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
This is a fine hazy IPA. I love the smell. I love the flavor.

Can. White head with little lace. Color is a hazy sunset yellow gold.
I really like what is going on with this ipa. It has a lot of melon and mango, but also shows a creamy note and some nice hops. Citrus fruit, papaya, orange. Very soft, but still shows it’s an ipa. The can says pineapple, but I get melon/honeydew.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, lively citrus, some pine, a little grassy, biscuity malt, and caramels sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit/pomelo, lemon, lime, and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, apricot, and peach, faint blueberry, some resinous pine, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, with a faint hop burn, though not unpleasant.
O: You can tell they hopped the hell out of this one. (Reminds me of Fieldwork's IPAs) Bright and refreshing on a warm spring day. I really dig this one.
