Sorcerer's Apprentice is our ongoing series of barrel-aged sour ales fermented on a variety of fresh seasonal fruit. This beer was an experiment to push the boundaries between beer and wine. 200 lbs of freshly harvested Pinot Noir grapes were stuffed into each barrel and aged for 10 months.
