Alchimia is the latest release from our barrel aged bottle program. This beer is a unique blend of barrel aged sours aged for 12+ months on neutral red wine barrels. We then re-fermented it with hundreds of pounds of mango and guava puree over 3 months resulting in a magically tart and tropical beer.

Straw/ orange appearance with minimal head. Aroma is a very pleasant mango and guava that is as fresh as can be. Taste is just as spectacular as the aroma.
