Bright clear yellow, thick foamy head with lots of lacing. Plenty of flavor. You get a bracing bitterness without harshness or off flavors. A subdued, but still tasty malt underlies a llong finish. A respectable Pilsner and worthy of the name. Good for late spring days on the porch.

Mostly clear golden pour with a large billowing white head. Taste is focused on grain, pilsner malt and yeast with grassy hops. Nose is more doughy, where taste more grainy. Sneaky bready and crispy feeling, clean with faint paleness, crushable with some character. Good all around pilsner

Released 5/4/22; drank 11/21/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A violent pour yielded a big off-white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Fresh soap & corn notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Fresh soap & dry corn flavors.
Simple & bold, if a bit odd.
This was OK.

Clear golden yellow brew with fine-grained foam in the Blanche de Chambly tall glass. Robust aroma of alfalfa, straw, and flowery hops. Distinct bitter finish with herbal hoppy taste with a hint of lemon. There’s a cereal taste like corn that is actually quite likeable since the hops are so powerful.
Substantial body, malty flavors, but just slightly sweet.Overall this is a clean and flavorful beer with a long hoppy aftertaste. Just slightly more bitter than needed. From the 16 oz can purchased in Bellingham. No date.

Clear golden with large fluffy head that leaves cotton balls for “lacing.” Nose is light grain and grass with a hint of herb. Flavors are nice on the hop end, with a little bit of a dry bread for malts. Carbonation is about as expected, with a pretty crisp feel though green herbs and grass linger.
