dang, so this beer went to eastern pennsylvania before it came to me in SoCal and i'm STILL the first review! praying to god there's no lactose in it... cant find that information ANYWHERE... great carbonation, but this tastes like an ALLSPICE BOMB more than any of the listed flavors on the can. definately ZERO COOKIE here.... nasty chemical bitterness on the sides of the tongue. i'm trying to like this, i promise. aint been able to do Allspice in any way since that Stone 11/11/11 or something like that.... tasted like someone dumped a bottle of Allspice in there and cant even look at it any more!
"Brewed in collaboration with our friends and soon to be neighbors at Reuben's Brews, Double Cookie Dunk is an Imperial Stout with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, and ginger."
by far the worst GN brew i've had. as i look closer there's an oily, film-y kind oilslick thick enough to protect and maintain small bubbles. they're not gonna make any friends with this one... i'm sorry. 1/3 of the way through and i have decided to pour it. it really is bad.
