Pours a dark black color. Completely opaque. Thin fizzy dark brown colored head.
Aroma has notes of roasted malts, cocoa, almonds, some hazelnut, light vanilla notes and some nutella. What I enjoyed about the nose on this is that it does not come across as sickly sweet on the nose - the nutty, roasty notes are really nice.
Taste follows the nose with notes of chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts and some light coconut notes with the almonds providing this nutty character on the finish that brings hazelnuts and almonds in to the profile. It's rather sweet, but not cloyingly so.
Feel is smooth, silky, but not overly thick. Moderate carbonation.
Overall a nice pastry stout from Great nation.

Pours dark brownish black, with some brown foam. Smells deep milky chocolate, almonds, coconuts. Nicely thick, super smooth, rich, heavy. Taste is sweet chocolate, loads of it, mixed with coconutty, almondy, vanilla pieces. No heat at all. Great. Batbonus !

Pitch black body. Massive coconut and mildly nutty almond, quite a bit of vanilla ice cream sweetness. Big chocolate fudge. Sweet for sure, not an easy solo dome. Full bodied, lower carb, thick and syrupy, appropriate for pastry time.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a very pleasant slightly sweet almond and coconut. Taste is also a very pleasant slightly sweet very smooth almond and coconut.
