Baked Peach is a tart ale with peach, apricot, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk sugar and it tastes just like a peach pie.

16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom stamp is scrunched together but what is readable is '27?? BAKED PEACH'.
Murky, deep gold colored body. White head with a peach tint immediately fizzes away, leaving an active surface storm and an incomplete ring. No lacing but left behind are small tears of clear residue.
Aroma of peach, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Taste is sweet with moderate fruit tartness. Flavors of peach, lemon and apricot, cinnamon and vanilla. Aftertaste contains all flavors but predominately the peach fruit.
More than medium mouthfeel. Touch of stickiness. Tartness leads to a drier finish. Milk sugar sweet. Good carbonation.
Gussied up kettle sour, but a decent thirst quencher.

Hazy golden orange body, peach skin colored. Tasty, big peach presence, bit of lemon and mild-moderate acetic acidity. Still not getting the other pie adjuncts but on its own, hit the spot after drinking the sweet as hell stout before.

Pours like grapefruit juice in both color and opacity. Minimal carbonation and no lacing. The aroma is dominated by vanilla, with the peach and cinnamon having minor elements in the aroma. The taste is straightforward fruited kettle sour, with some additional vanilla and cinnamon notes. The feel is light and effervescent, but not thin. It’s a bit less than the sum of its parts, but still enjoyable enough.
