Timberbeast is a BBA Imperial Stout that has slumbered in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels for 17 months. Barrel #56 was an exceptional single barrel that we added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans, Oregon Hazelnuts, and TCHO Ecuador Organic cacao nibs to awaken the beast.
