Great Notion Frosty pours a *very* dark brown; unsurprisingly for a stout of this ABV, it’s nearly still, with a minimal head. The smell has waves of vanilla along with whiffs of fusel alcohols.
The taste is full of vanilla - the chocolate-like roast from the malt balances it well. The mouthfeel is full, but not thick; a moderate level of warmth lingers.
Canned 11/25/2020.
