Thick, nearly black pour, minimal brown head was gone quickly. These "pastry stouts" certainly smells great, vanilla and pecan aromas dominate, some whiskey, chocolate and maybe plum. As far as flavor, all those wonderful aromas turned into a hodge podge of sweetness. I will struggle to finish this. Great texture, smooth, creamy, definitely coats the palate. Oh well.

Dark black body, oily brown legs, minimal head. Massive vanilla bean- dark fruity and french vanilla. Pecans add just a touch of nuttiness on the backend. Chocolate fudge, light whiskey, touch of spice. Full body. Boozy vanilla ice cream with pecans

16oz can at the Bobolink. Inky black pour, ring of beige head. Heady aroma of pecans, sweet malts, hint of vanilla. Taste is rich and decadent, sweet, nutty. Oh so delicious. Worth it's weight in gold.

Very dark appearance with slight tan tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a very pleasant blend of vanilla, pecan and and chocolate. Taste is a very smooth blend of vanilla, pecan and chocolate.
