Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color with a noisy one finger head that slowly fizzes away leaving a few trails of lacing
Smell: Tart tropical fruit aromatics with the lime predominating; hints of pineapple and coconut but the overall imression is similar to a Sweet Tart
Taste: Tart lime flavors forward with just a hint of pineapple; there is a modicum of sweetness in the mix but the flavors lean sour without being enamel removing; after the swallow, more pineapple emerges and the coconut makes a fleeting appearance
Mouthfeel: Medium body with the carbonation level fading from moderate to low as the liquid sits in the glass; puckery
Overall: I like the flavor combination here and it has just the right amount of sourness for my palate; I do wish the mouthfeel were better
