This tart ale was brewed with Strawberry, floss sugar and vanilla. There's nothing like the smell of cotton candy on a warm Summer night.

Hazy brown-ish orange. Decent strawberry aroma and flavor with a touch of vanilla. OK, balance; Tart > Fruit. Medium to light bodied for 8.4%; definitely not a smoothie. Mango Fluff was much better.

From the first crack upon opening the pint can, a wonderful aroma akin to a freshly made strawberry shortcake fills the environs. This is so enticing for anyone that loves that particular dessert. So what, if there's no head and there's no glass lacing? There is an opaque liquid, now that the contents of the can are fully inside a clear glass Imperial pint mug, that is the color of a strawberry smoothie, a dark pink, maybe? This really brings the taste that makes a strawberry shortcake such a delightful treat. It's sweet, for sure, with just a little tanginess that you get when strawberries meld with vanilla cake. This is so rich, added lactose may be suspected, but it drinks so cleanly and without any sticky, nor chalky residue that there well may be none in the mix. This is smooth, richly flavored, tart enough and absent of any taste of the high ABV that makes it another incredible dessert beer from this brewer. Be advised, with an undetectable 8.5% ABV, don't be mislead by its name. The taste may be, but the alcohol hit is anything but fluffy.

Look - bring strawberry color with a nice whitish head
Smell - marshmallow and strawberry
Taste - strawberry vanilla with a sweet marshmallow, cotton candyish
Feel - medium body and carb
Overall - to much candy but still good

Had on tap. Pink lemonade with a full white head. Sugary strawberry syrup nose. Taste has that syrup but now with a vanilla shortcake hint then strawberry and vanilla ice cream and then finally vanilla cream, but it is so sugary! Feel is a diabetic nightmare: sugary syrup with light tartness. Too much in the sweet extreme
