We're taking it to the edge with our newest smoothie-style beer. Edge of the Dessert is loaded with oats, raspberry, cherry, strawberry, cinnamon and cheesecake. "Good people drink good beer."

Had on tap. Murky pink body with a pinkish head. So many have tried the cheesecake beer route and have failed, not the case here, the best cheesecake beer had to date easily. Both smell and taste has that sweet creaminess, oat helps with this image on the palate, fruits bond well with vanilla and cinnamon for days. Taste is more believable than the nose. Sweet but not completely sugary, but it works because the light fruit tartness appropriately cuts through the medium body so no cloying occurs. Couldn't have more than one serving, but it is a really good dessert beer. The wife loved it.
