Solidly Pink body with a pink tinged head. Moderately large fruit particulates on the bottom. Tastes excellent for lovers of smoothies and beer and open to mixing them. The coconut and guava stand out aroma wise when pressed against the nose. Taste wise it's just solidly like a smoothie, with enough fermented carbonation to know you are drinking an alcoholic drink. A myriad of flavors of citrus, guava, coconut or banana and just general tropical smoothie come at you with a burst. In all honesty, it kinda tastes like a juicy citrusy tropical IPA, but instead of the flavors being from hops it actually comes from all the actual fruits used to describe such IPAs.
Overall the guava remains the most prominent in the aftertaste, but
The beer does get thicker the closer to the bottom you get, so the consistency itself is close to a smoothie, which is probably in no small part due to the banana itself.

Quite possibly the most dessert beer of any dessert beer I have ever had...
There is truth in advertising - they call this a smoothie - and it is the most smoothiest beer I have ever had. Now, that said, it drinks more like a guava juice drink than a beer, so that alone takes it down a few notches in my book. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a true dessert beer, and aren't into the whole purist thing when it comes to brew, then this is it for you.
