On draft at Great Notion Alberta. Poured an opaque, oil black color with a small, brown head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled bourbon, oak, vanilla, chocolate and wood. Sweet chocolate and toffee taste with bourbon, oak & vanilla.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like gobs of marshmallow fluff, toasted coconut, milk chocolate, and a little bit of barrel.
This was in barrels for 28 months, apparently, but there isn’t enough barrel character to round out the sweetness here. I think there’s just too much marshmallow added here – it’s such a sugary flavor addition, that it tends to drown other things out. It also kind of tastes like a coconut marshmallow chocolate truffle, in liquid form. It’s definitely tasty, but too sweet to be top tier.
This is pretty thick, and slightly syrupy, with no real booziness.
This is big and silly. Big, and silly, and tasty, but mostly silly. If the marshmallow was dialed back a bit, this would be more successful.

Enjoying this one a lot. Liquid marshmallow. Kind of reminds me of what I remember about the first time I drank Vanilla Bean Dark Lord. Sweet, decadent and marshmallowy. Nice warming barrel heat. Thick, full body with lower carb.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a pleasant blend of coconut chocolate and vanilla. Taste is a slightly sweet blend of chocolate vanilla and coconut. Very nice feel

Imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for 28 months with vanilla, marshmallow and coconut. Collaboration with Bottle Logic.
Smell and taste are dominated by marshmallow. Mouthfeel is rich and viscous. This one is a bit on the hot side, but that might help temper the cloying aspects of the adjuncts.
Overall: an absolutely amazing beer and a pleasure to enjoy.
