Canned 08/18/23
Appearance - Poured into a standard pint, opaque and orange in color with a light rust tint. Frothy, off-white finger width head that displays fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of surface suds, keeping a thicker ring around the edge of the glass. A few patches, broken lines and small spots make for a minimal lacing.
Smell - Tart peach. Underlying vanilla. Cream.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tart upfront and throughout with peachy fruitiness and a vanilla cream sweetness. Perhaps some underlying bright citrus notes. Lime. Hint of baked pie crust or biscuit. Finish lingers with fruity tartness and a fading vanilla cream sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with a thick, smooth and creamy texture. Drinks dangerously easy for a 9% brew.
Overall - Owns up to the bill of it's name completely. I'm not the biggest of peach fans, especially in brews, but this works in spades.

Best at warmer temps, starting at 50°. Smooth creamy MF, excellent color, peaches and very tart with warming.

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours orange and turbid. A few chunks are visible at the bottom of the glass. It is topped with an inch of creamy, tan head that leaves little lacing.
Tart peach aroma
Huge tart peach flavor. Hints of vanilla. Delicious!
Full bodied with a thick, creamy mouthfeel
The aroma was unimpressive. The taste was. The abv shocked me. This beer drank dangerously easy.

It’s vibrant orange color, deeply hazy. The foam is fine and about a finger thin. The beer smells like a Tart (dish), with strong mandarin and peaches fruity smells, ending with sweet vanilla Marshmallow noses. The beer is very tart (lemon acidity), and at 9% ABV it is very dry. It’s very thick, like a smoothie, full bodied. The peach aroma is not as strong as its smells hinting, it shows vanilla, tart apricot, apricot jam, mandarin, gooseberry aromas.
It taste sweeter when it’s warmer. The tartness is less sharp at this temperature. The Tart crust(cake, dish) and vanilla aroma stays, I think it stills shows more citrus aroma than peach, the peach aroma is not like other great notion tart ale’s surrealism, it’s definitely peachy but mostly a hint. The alcohol flavor is hiding very well. When it’s warmer the yeast aroma is more noticeable, which shows a light yogurt yeast aroma. In overall it’s a pretty sharp kettle sour at this ABV, dry and not dramatically fruity, good quality.
