Treance is a collaboration with two of our favorite Portland breweries: our friends at The Belmont Fermentorium and Ruse Brewing set out to brew a hazy Double IPA with us. We started with a hefty dose of Oats in the mash and Strata Hop Hash in the whirlpool. We then did a massive dry hop with Strata, Vic Secret, Citra, and Phantasm powder to unlock some awesome thiols for an extremely tropical brew.
