This sour wheat beer takes some inspiration from the Mimosa, but really it’s perfect for anytime of the day. We brew this towards the drier side and carbonate it high to give Easy that sparkling wine mouthfeel. We use some Mosaic hops in the whirlpool to add just enough flavor to this spritzy beer. Tangerine and Cara Cara Orange add the perfect amount of sweetness and juicy citrus flavors.

A fruited sour that's right up my alley...hazy OJ appearance, citrusy nose with that present white wine latency that makes you really believe this has champagne in it...crazy amounts of green grapes, vinous white wine, dry grape skins, earthy, fruit and juicy from the orange juice characteristics. Delicious; lighter-bodied, sweet and tart.

Tart and citrusy orange flavor and aroma. Might be more tart than fruity with a tart citrusy finish. Not as smooth as Lionel Richie!

a mimosa inspired sour ale here done with cara cara oranges, tangerines, and mosaic hops. i am amazed how much like an actual mimosa this tastes, like you could swear it was half sparkling white wine, i cannot believe this is all from fruit and hops and that there is no white grape product in here, no wine blended in, no phantasm powder, none of that, its so vinous its almost impossible that its just the stated ingredients and some lactic souring, but i will chose to take it on good faith and just say im impressed with its authenticity. the cool part is how bright and natural the fruit is, orange and tangerine sort of blending together sweet and sour elements, essential oil intensity but also real life acidity and tang, perfect with the lightly lemony bacterial sour element and the sweetness the fruit brings to cancel out its own pucker, this way its not too sour to drink, rather fully sessionable like the mimosa itself, brilliant! the flavors are just awesome, fresh squeezed orange juice and champagne, no joke, it tastes like it should, everything is clean and refreshing even for a sour, and its zippy on the carbonation too. crazy amount of flavor in this, but also very real. i have to say, there are lot of these out there now, but this has been one of the most true to the mimosa, head of class!
