Had this over the winter, I guess all you Oregon haircolors are busy fighting the fight or some shit, so I went ahead and added the beer to the database. I'll go ahead and review the beer because I'm not a total sociopath who just adds a beer to the database without reviewing it.
I didn't realize this was a Vienna Lager until I poured it out. Beautiful fall like autumn amber color, great clarity. She really is a looker with 1" light beige head, dare I say this can't be improved appearance wise. The aroma has the same autumn vibe, pretty chill and mild, lager yeast doesn't jump out. Caramel, but you kind of have to stretch it to get nuttiness or a strong falling leaf presence. Leaf me alone.
The taste brings a little more bitterness and less sweetness than anticipated. Lacked a crisp mouth feel. Wasn't quite the easy going drinking experience I was going for. This beer started out immaculate and then dragged me down to normal town.
