It’s pinky crimson color, hazy. The foam is medium coarse and very rich. The beer smells like graham cracker, ginger cookie, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry syrup, sautéed rhubarb. The beer is moderate sweet, medium tart. It’s medium to full body, creamy like a smoothie. The beer shows exactly what its name suggested, sweetened strawberry, raspberry syrup and jam, tart and sweet like cheese, some graham cracker crumble base. The sweetness makes it easier to drink, the targets makes the fruitiness to be realistic. The milk and cheese elements is a bit lack if you compares it to a real cheesecake, but there’s some ginger spice like a graham cracker. So it’s pretty realistic, and also it’s not super sharp tart or too sweet, so the result is a very drinkable fruit punch + smoothie you can enjoy without knowing it’s a beer.
