Ismo’s Phantastic Ale

When OMSI (Oregon Museum of Industry and Science) asked us to collaborate on a beer that celebrates brewing and science, we jumped at the chance to work with them. Introducing ISMO’s Phantastic Ale, or I.P.A. for short. This hazy IPA is full of juicy flavors and tropical aromas that were created from two very citrus forward hops. Motueka and Citra were used to dry hop this beer, and we used Phantasm powder to pull unfamiliar tropical aroma thiols from two familiar hop strains.
