Get your drinking helmets on, because Paradisio is ready to crash the party. Our love for Tiki drinks explains why we have several versions of Paradisio. This sour wheat beer sits at a 7.5% abv, and is heavy on the passion fruit. We add dragon fruit into the mix for its cool pear flavor, and electric pink color. Our cocomatic extractorama technology strips all the flavor from several hundred pounds of flaked coconut, kind of like a giant French press. We capture all of those fragrant oils for this breezy sour.

Pours an attractive yellow reddish orange with a nice white head. Very fruitful with easily discernible mango, guava, and coconut. Super tropical with the mango presence being forward, the guava possibly taking center, and the coconut finsihing it off with its characteristic aroma and nutty bite. Somewhat tart with a buildup of lactic character. I was worried this one was going to be off because it had been in my fridge for a while.
This one is as good as it seems.
