A proper fresh hop season in the Pacific Northwest isn’t complete without a Westie full of good old “C” hops. Meet Fresh Hop Magnetic West. Our West Coast IPA is built with 2-Row malted barley and some flaked rice. Columbus hops are boiled to add a nice punch of bitterness, and then we dry hop with Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe. The regular Magnetic West has a lighter body, hop forward aroma, and a drying finish. Fresh Hop Magnetic West takes floral grapefruit and pine aromas and flavors to a whole new level thanks to the several hundred pounds of fresh Cascade hops from Coleman Hops.
