Notion Lite is our new American light lager brewed to keep your session going all day long. We brewed Notion Lite with Pilsner malt, flaked rice, and some Saaz hops. It's better than water.

Crispy and refreshing, easy to drink, feels good for a beach or lakeside adventure. I enjoyed the sparkling carbonation, and it has a pleasant bitter aftertaste.

im into the craft yellow lager, and this is better than most, more whole grain character from pils malt, and i like the floral hop addition late, this is a ripper yes, but its not mindless either, and i appreciate that, a standout in this style space, best when ice cold but it warms up great for what it is, some definite european pils influence here, kind of on the edge of that and an american lager, super crisp and tidy on the ferment which is key, and there is some subtle lager yeast character in the aroma and flavor too, so this seems both dynamic and well rounded. blonde in the glass, frothy headed too with nice retention for the style, mostly clear, and with sparkling carbonation, this looks better and more crafty than most. the nose is biscuity and pale, not grainy per se but with some malt influence for sure, minerals and obvious briskness, green tea and dried grass from the hops, noble for sure but very minimally bitter to me, and a slightly doughy lager yeast presence which is there in the flavor too. the hops have faint lime zest and spice in the taste, saaz for sure, perfect for a beer like this, it really crisps it up. the rice in the mash keeps the body super light, and this ends up one of the better beer flavored beers ive had in recent memory, simple but intentional and gorgeously proportioned, just enough to this one to hold my attention too. refreshing and easy, fantastic carbonation, overall exceptional in a style space that allows for some cheapness, but this one doesnt go there. delicious and frothy!

Clear golden pour with a white head and lacing, visible carbonation, checking the right boxes for style. Smell and taste are clones: crisp lager malt, dry lager yeast, grassy hop kiss, beer flavored beer. Clean and crisp though very light, a crusher for all times. Exactly what I was hoping it would be, a touch more depth would elevate but not every beer needs to be a layered masterpiece, sometimes the simple can be even more beautiful
