On tap at Out of the Barrel
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty, slightly green grassy resinous concentrated hop pellet character in the best way, tropical and stone fruit, citrus, floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, big mango and peach/nectarine, lychee, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, and apricot, solid hit of citrus, pink grapefruit, lemon lime, and tangerine, floral, slightly resinous, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, super smooth.
O: I love when breweries can take a hop like Citra and pull out all the subtle flavors that get lost most of the time. Super tasty.
