Poured from 16oz can into some small tulip tasting glasses. Decent head and good lacing. Color leans towards Yellow with some orange in it. The nose is really bright, and you pick up a lot of fruits up front, especially citrus.

>> This beer is not Dank, so the label is a bit deceiving. This is a tasty beer. It is a pretty well hopped and bitter too. Its not too malty, and is pretty refreshing really. The resin of the Roach Clip combined with the big fruit punch is what helps the taste to stick around on the pallet a bit longer than I would like it to.

The style is typical West Coast, and it is hazy, so it fits into the class very well. This is a well developed beer that should please many people. While nothing stands out (other than fruity sweetness that sticks around a while) to make it significantly different than others in the class (to me).

I find it a fun and refreshing beer to drink in the Summer months. I would try this again. Note: I might not have the freshest can in my hands right now.

they keep coming from these guys, and i keep buying them, most of the time they seem to hit on a higher level, at least that most of what else is available locally in this style, ive been really enjoying the bounty from great notion! this one is done with hbc 586, which is about due for a name, idaho 7, galaxy, and mosaic lupomax, and its really good. a little bit of an orange tone to this one with a puffy inch of white head from the tap, not was murky and whitewashed as many of theirs have looked, but not malty either to my senses, just a little toasted thing there, earthy cereals, simple in a good way, with body but not heaviness, staying close to dry the whole way, a good foundation for all these hops. the 586 defines this, as i have now learned it often does, so distinctive, lemon candy, sweetened coconut cream, ripe pear, so drippy and fresh, with resinous weedy mosaic behind it, a little key lime thing from the galaxy, and some general verdant vegetal freshness. the bitterness is nonexistent, but the saturation and overall intensity is high. i dont get a ton from the idaho 7 in this mix, which is fine, i think its a bit overrated, not as dynamic as once believed, its fine in a support role like this. hints of pineapple, mango, and sweet orange come out as this warms, wrapped in some oily silkiness, highly carbonated too, a neat mouthfeel for this. smooth and long, well balanced, plenty fresh, and a fine combination of hops on display. another real enjoyable beer in this style these guys seem to have mastered.

Hazy deep golden pour from the 16oz can…frothy off-yellow head. Expected more dank & weedy characteristics, sweet tropical fruit and malt backbone are the first things that meet my nose and palate, nothing bad or off but it did surprise me. Juicy, notes of stone fruit, smooth, somewhat creamy. Good hazy overall. Drinks a bit more like a double IPA than I would expect from 7%. Maybe it’s just the sweetness.
