On tap at Belmont Station. I'm not sure which year this one is, but they're pouring it today (2/4/26). Colour is jet black with no head at all. Nose is ultra bourbony with dark chocolate ganache, unsulfured molasses and blackened prunes. Palate is thick, chewy and robust with an ashen note and loads of dark toffee, devils food cake and burnt sugar. The mid palate is exceptionally chocolatey and the finish is tight, heady as it volatises and brimming with mocha, golden syrup and dark amber maple syrup. Glorious!
