16oz can from share. Cloudy pink pour, off white ring of head. Aroma is fruity, raspberries, guava. Fruity, sweet taste, mild tartness, berries, tropical fruit.

neat can art as always from these guys, and neat beer as always. this is a heavily fruited dessert type sour ale packed with raspberry, guava, and vanilla, and its delicious but totally over the top, hyper modern and all fruit, distinctive and sugary, the vanilla takes it to a small doses only place for me, but its hard not to be impressed with the flavor combination and its intensity. almost electric colored pink in the glass, softly hazy, sort of unnatural looking with this level of saturation, like its plugged in, pushing purple in the right light, frothy headed thought too and well carbonated for also being kind of thick. its immediately mouthwatering, tart for sure, more from the fruits though than the lactic kettle souring, which is pretty tame, citrusy, and clean in here to me, guava and raspberry team up for some pucker though, slightly sweet and candied i guess but it does smell like real fruit, especially if the vanilla was out of this i reckon. the vanilla is pungent, sort of hits marshmallow-like, and the grain is totally covered up to me. the flavor is delicious, melted sherbet, seedy tangy red raspberries, true enough, more generic tropical to me with all thats here instead of pure guava, but i get it too, subtle passion fruit and lemon also, and actually its rather complex overall. the vanilla is natural and high end but also totally dosed to oblivion here, so much of it, its the first and last thing to be tasted, kind of sexy but also kind of forced. maybe some lactose in here too, its quite rich for a sour. the fruit intensity is great, i like the creamy texture too, not too sour in the belly, and really lively carbonation. delicious and different, dont need a ton of this with all the vanilla, but its really good...
