Year two of the Timekeepers project begins with BBA 1 PM an Imperial Stout aged in Rittenhouse Rye barrels for three years. 1 PM was inspired by our Sticky Buns recipe and finished with toasted pecans, cinnamon, maple syrup, and caramel.
