this absolutely slaps, grossly underrated here on BA, although with the new algorithm i think its more because it has very few ratings so far that its low, not because its been poorly scored, still adjusting to that change, but this is a total banger, a big hazy ipa massively dry hopped and brewed with honey, which adds a ton to the back half of this, a killer recipe executed to near perfection, really impressive. some of their big hazy types over the years have been real dense and heavy, total bombs, but not this one, a little lighter in haziness and body, somewhat brighter in the glass, not missing anything, but not packed to the brim with heft either, and i think it presents as more refined that way, fluffy headed and well carbonated from the pint can. it smells downright tropical, mango and papaya muddled for an umbrella drink, clean citrus, juicy peach and peach nectar, peak ripeness apricot, and some mosaic type pineapple character too, light coconut, white wine, cut flowers, and then the honey, which is floral and sweet and sort of feminine above it all despite how bold the whole thing is, not a huge aromatic contribution from the grain, but this presents as balanced in a modern way, really fresh and vibrant, the honey is lovely. so much flavor in here, robust but also soft, an almost elegant grain thread all though it, creamy and maybe oaty, the hops not super complex but they do evolve in here, notes of dandelion and sunflower before white wine grape, elderflower, and fresh cut hay, springy to me even before the honey, which comes on late and adds a blooming brilliance to this, and it has a very slow retreat from the palate after the swallow, just gorgeous. smooth as can be, real well built, low bitterness but still drinks like ipa, a cannabis note to the honey profile, peppy carbonation, and no sign of its strength hardly at all. i absolutely loved this, perfect for spring!

As I remember I had this beer about 6-8 months ago and found to be very good. An IIPA with some sweetness and a kick also. Probably drank too fast as I was ready for another beer before my friends were.

The wildflower honey dominates the taste. The hops are more subdued, and the finish is lightly hoppy with a honey emphasis. No can date.
