Many people have asked what kind of beer will we make. Our answer is, great beer that goes well with great food. Not all beer styles meet that definition. There are a lot of beers that are great on their own but will overwhelm almost any food due to high levels of bitterness or other factors. Fortunately there are an almost limitless number of beer styles that are ideal for drinking with great food.
