Creamy, cloudy milkshake lemon curd color. Minor head which settles to a set of rim bubbles.
Spicy, biting hop nose. Dry.
The malt is semidry and the bitterness is straightforward but not extreme. Richer body with a milder carbonation level than most IPAs. Relatively short aftertaste despite the strong hop presence. Too mild for a NE IPA, a bit stronger than a typical American IPA.
