From the 16 oz bottle. Sampled on October 8, 2016.
The pour is an orange-amber color under a tremendous, foamy cream colored head. Busy carbonation.
Mild strawberries can be picked up on the nose with more of a toasted bread malt character and slight spiciness.
Medium body.
I pick up more of the strawberry character in the flavor than I did on the nose along with the same yeasty and slightly spicy toasted bread note. Finishes fruity.

Bottle from Bert's
Hazy dark golden color with a good sized long lasting off white head. Faint berry in the nose with some spicy clove and hints of bready malt. Subtle berry flavor with some bready spicy maltiness and bits of clove and faint peppery phenols. Interesting beer, the hefe comes through but without much banana and the berry is so subtle I'm not sure I would have picked it up if I didn't know. Pretty good beer though.
