A: I want to call it a sunburst sunset--deep orange with amber tracings. Quite hazy. White head, lofty and voluptuously smooth. Wispy lines of lacing.
S: Peach rings, blue Gatorade, strawberry lemonade. Herbal/earthy wintermint, evergreen, and bubblegum.
M: A little thin for me. Lots of carb, semi-dry finish.
T: First thing I get is doughy malt (dense at times), grass, tarragon, rosemary. Overarching herbal component--coriander--consisting of lemon peel, tart orange, and nuttiness. Sweetness from fruit is minimal, but intensifies as the beer warms; it's aparadoxical bitter dankness. Apricot, white peach, nectarine, very woody, underripe mango. If you want a beer that has good, lasting bitterness this beer should excite you.

Poured from a growler into a Willie glass.
Pours a hazy amber orange color with 2 fingers of fluffy off-white head. The head leaves plenty of cobwebs of lacing before settling into a thin sheet.
The aroma is full of candied orange, tangerines, grapefruit and pineapple. There's a touch of mango before a wave of earthy, spicy pine on the back end.
The taste follows the nose. Oranges and grapefruit as well as a hefty amount of pineapple followed by peppery spice and pine and a subtly sweet cracker malt backbone. Has that herbaceous, minty bubblegum character that occurs often with galaxy hopped beers.
The feel is medium-light bodied with prickly carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing with just enough dryness to keep your face in the glass.
Overall, an absolutely fantastic pale ale. It's loaded with juicy hop flavors but has plenty of malt balance to keep things in check. The body is dry and the carbonation is lively, keeping this beer highly drinkable, crisp, and refreshing. This might be the Edward of New York.

Had some Suarez family before and was really impressed but didn't review so I'm happy to review this one.
Look: light golden with medium to medium minus haze and big rocky but creamy bubbles.
Aroma: very herbaceous on the nose. Some dank gives way to parsley, basil and mint.
Taste: herbal character carries over along with a light sprucy bitterness. Definitely a pale ale as opposed to a full fat IPA.
Mouthfeel: Thin mouthfeel but very resfreshing.
Overall(style points): not the juice bomb IPA that I tend to prefer but for a 5.0% pale ale this thing is awesome, 92.5 points.
