This beer was bottled in October of 2017, and we matured it for over a year for your maximum enjoyment. Tango peaches are a relatively new variety that are quite atypical in flavor (I don’t really think they taste like your classic peach—more like orange citrus.). This beer has notes of naval orange, white hybrid grape, unripe apricot, dry prosecco, fruit cup, green apple, saltine, white gummi bear, and subtle barnyard. It’s also very dry and crisp, which some of you may like very much.

This one pours a light yellow-ish color, with tints of orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like light peach skin, orange, vanilla, pear, stone fruit, and white wine.
The description says this doesn't taste like a typical peach thing, and that's definitely right. This is definitely surprisingly citrusy, with a nice vanilla creaminess. The only typical peach type flavor is almost a peach skin/peach pit sort of thing. There's orange and clementine, along with a touch of pear as well. There's a nice white wine acidity too, very soft and not abrasive at all. It's a delicate beer and super tasty because of it.
This is light bodied, crisp and very clean, as the acidity doesn't linger at all. It drinks like a cloud.
Tango is a really fun peach varietal. This is just about the best use of it that you could hope for.
