poured from a 500mL bottle into a taster-sized snifter. pours a foggy orange with a thin layer of white foam. very “lambic” on the nose. i don’t get much peach until it warms up closer to room temperature. taste is light, refreshing candied peach with a slightly tart finish. fizzy, well carbonated medium full mouthfeel. not quite saison. not quite fruit beer. quite delicious though and not overly peach-flavored nor overly sour.

Straw Yellow, clear- not turbid. Smell is strong peach, mild oak, mild acidity. Taste is more complex than the nose. well blended peach, oak, and wild cultures, with mild vinegar follows. feel is effervescent and light. overall great wild that has a strong fruit nose and follows up with a complex taste.

500 mL bottle. Clear yellow body. Smells of bright peach. Soft acidity and oak. Tastes of peach all the way. A soft acidity and light oakiness. The faintest soft doughy malt flavor. Light and crisp. Very good. Very simple. Executed perfectly.
