750 mL bottle. Pale yellow and lightly cloudy with a big white head. Smells of oak, mineral notes, wheat, and a light lemon acidity. Tastes lemony with a strong oak presence that tempers any tang. Grain and bread with a hint of white wine. Light body. Well carbonated. Simple and delightful.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like pear, lychee, lime, stone fruit, white wine, and white grape.
There's a boatload of flavor here for the lower ABV. It's super fruity and wine-like, with lots of pear and lime mainly, but also white grape, peach. There's also some oak and a herbal softness, maybe some vanilla?
This is light bodied, crisp and soft and fluffy, with a very nice drinkability.
This is absolutely phenomenal and one of the best in the series in a while.

750ml capped bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Goldenrod color with great clarity and a monstrous, fluffy white head. Nose is hay, cobwebs, vinegar, citrus and lemon. Zesty with good aromatics. Beer opens lemon zest tartness. Huge sour citrus notes. A touch of vinegar and a hay and straw funkiness in the middle. Yeasty towards the end with a peppery accented finish. Body is light with huge carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down crisp and clean with a slightly filmy aftertaste. Super refreshing.
The flavor is a touch rough around the edges but this one has great promise and everything else is near perfect.
