16 oz. can. Crystal clear golden. Fizzy head doesn't last more than a few seconds. Smells of light bread, honey malts, faintly floral. Tastes like corn, mineral notes, very light bitterness, moderate sweetness. Maybe seems sweeter in the absence of other flavors to temper it. Light, very drinkable. A little flat. Not a lot going on here, but it's fine.

 

Mostly clear obviously carbonated yellow body with a finger of white foam, rings of lacing on the glass. Smells of lemon, yeast, grass with light black pepper, but all lightly so. Taste is more yeast centric, grass, lemon zest and black pepper follow, almost a hint of banana, but again even less depth than nose, fizzy ending that is bland. Finish is snappy in feel though, yeast is rising but moderate in fullness, crisp. A crusher but almost more pilsner like than true kolsch
