Cellar for 1.5 years. Cloudy golden body with a finger of cream colored foam. Big peach aroma with rustic oak and farmhouse yeast, with hints of lemon and flowers. Taste has the peach milder with a mineral aftertaste, grainy notes in a wild sense the biggest support now, very nuanced with hints of flowers, lemon, apricot while backed by oak. Feel is light and bright but has this really pleasant rustic undertone plus the oak is mild but omnipresent. Indeed good in summer

Lightly foggy yet glowing golden-yellow with a white head that unevenly settles to a thick, bubbly collar.
A pleasantly earthy, barnyard funk introduces some lactic qualities before tart, vinous apricot contrasts very well.
Frothy and delightful.

10.2021 bottle from the brewery in Livingston, NY. Pours a slightly cloudy lightly orange gold with a finger is of white head that dissipates to a ring, decent lacing; smell is peach skin, underripe peach flesh, grassy funk, hints of musty white wine and lemon flesh; taste is peach herbal tea, peach flesh, peach rings, hay, lemon juice, mild white wine, hints of chamomile and mild licorice, peach flavor lingers; feel is light, bright, semi dry finish, medium acidity. Herbal peach iced tea with a hint of lemon and funk.
