A blend of well-aged Crescent and Triangular Nature with a touch of peach beer from the 2021 harvest. Tasting notes of jasmine, lychee candy, elderflower, elegant spice, light vanilla, kiwi berry, and birch accompanied by a thirst quenching, balanced tartness.

500ml bottle, "Blend #11", poured into a stemless wine glass. Enjoyed on 09.03.2023, reviewed from Tasting Journal.
The beer pours a bright golden color, lemon and straw hues, light fizzy white head, a few spots of lacing stick to the glass. The aroma is of white grape, pale grain, mineral water, earthy funk, dry leaves, oak, and berry fruits. The flavors are nice, pale grain, soft funk, citrus, white grape, berry fruits, wildflower, herbal tea and lemongrass. The mouthfeel is good, very light, bubbly, vibrant body, coating, tart, with an easy crisp finish that is lightly dry.
Verdict: A nice blended saison from Suarez. Bright, light, funky, tart and very expressive.
