Can just picked up at the brewery
Pours a medium fizzy bubbly head with moderate retention, little lacing, crystal clear light pale straw color

Nose light straw and lager malt, grainy, a bit of cooked vegetable though, and wet hay like

Taste more grainy malt, a touch cracker biscuit like, straw and maybe wet hay like but not cooked vegetable like, mild soft lager and smooth like, medium herbal hop with medium bitterness, a little minerality adding to the crisp bitterness late,

Mouth is med to lighter bod, a bit soft lager, medium carb

Overall nose was not that good, but taste wasn't bad, soft lager, very basic, decent hop profile, malts are OK at best

This is definitely one unique "craft" lager. It's got qualities I'm not used to in these big name type lagers, so let's see.

L: Just a typical golden straw color. A liiiiittle tiny bit hazy. Thin head.
S: Smells almost of dandelions to me. Not bad.
T: It's crisp, as if you're biting into a great, fresh salad. If that salad was flowers and muffin mix.
F: The worst bit about this beer is a kind of strange initial feel. Like the hops want to attack you, but immediately back off for the finish.

Overall, it's pleasantly crisp and refreshing, kind of like walking through a hedge maze if every hedge was replaced with hay bales. Not something we're used to, but a decent change of pace. If you like floral type lagers, this one is for you.

Can - pours a pale lightly protein-hazed gold with a small white cap which vanishes quickly. Aroma is clean with fresh cooked cereal notes , some mustiness and a tart green apple cidery under tone. Medium bodied, fresh character. Flavor is clean, bready-biscuit malts lead with woody hopping trailing - sharp clean finish with increased breadiness - decent lager but nothing stands out.
