Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong spice (pepper?), yeast, sweet malt, grass, herbs, and slight floral. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong spice (pepper? sage?), yeast, sweet malt, grass, herbs, and slight floral. Overall, good appearance, the spice dominates body and aroma but was pleasant, and good feel.
